The flat is in a great location with easy access to Ventnor and the views from the living room over the harbour are stunning. It was well equipped, with a lovely welcome pack, a comfortable bed and everything was super clean.

Great place with amazing views and well stocked kitchen and apartment. Quick communication. 5mins walk to the beach and shops. Sometimes parking was available outside the apartment but about a 5 mins walk to the other roads with free parking. Would stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What can I say. I've booked many many places via Airbnb. Without a doubt, this is one of the most thoughtful hosts I've ever come across. Very well appointed, astonishingly thoughtful touches which made us feel welcome, spotless, clean, comfortable. Truly appreciate the effort that went into this from the host..it's clearly from a person who cares.

Amazing apartment. Fantastic location. Great views. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows; lovely large towels and bath products and an unexpected small welcome pack in the kitchen. Close to the town centre where there were a couple of great places for breakfast (Two Cooks - just around the corner) and Cantina (in the High Street). Easy walk down to the Esplanade and beach where dogs can go off lead, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed. Although we didn't need to contact our hosts whilst there, they gave us all the information we needed up front. Highly recommended for a great stay in Ventnor.

A fantastic location with a stunning view. The flat is clean, tidy, and just the right size for a cosy couple's getaway. Ventnor is a lovely spot to explore the Isle from, and a bit quieter than Ryde or Shanklin. Recommended!

We have a had another super stay at Sea Break. Such a beautiful location, the apartment is clean, comfortable, with great views. We have two young children under 5 who loved their stay here and waking up to the view of the sea, all the little extra touches really make an extra special holiday.

Sea Break is superb, the view from the front window is second to none. The apartment is located in the heart of Ventnor and had everything we needed for a wonderful break.

The property was well appointed and very clean. The view from the living room was exceptional as it has an unobstructed view overlooking the sea. The property is well positioned close to the harbour and Ventnor is well positioned to visit surrounding areas.

We had the most super week here! It is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and squeaky clean. It’s a tiny flat, but so cleverly done it feels spacious and airy. The huge window is even more amazing than in the pictures! We stay regularly in Airb&b places, this is the tops. Lovely owners, fab bistro round the corner, fresh local crab and fish from the place on the seafront - wow.

What a wonderful stay was exceptionally clean, comfortable, lots of small touches everywhere and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The most wonderful view we’ve ever had, spent hours people and ship watching! Friendly neighbours and a great location too for both the beach and shops and restaurants.

There are so many things to love about this apartment. The location is perfect, the view is spectacular, the facilities are clean, simple, and inviting. We particularly appreciated the little touches such as the teddy bear that was sitting on our toddler son’s bed to welcome him when we arrived. We look forward to staying here again sometime. This is a home that has benefited from much loving care.

Sea Break is a lovely apartment, with one of the best views in Ventnor. Kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped with all the necessaries for a comfortable stay. Location and communication were both excellent. Perfect for a quiet few days visit.

Superb flat. Lovely view (both on a fine day or a very wet and windy day!). Nice and spacious, has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Excellent hot water, shower, central heating. One flight of steps up to the room. I managed to park outside in road without any problem. Very close to shops, Co-op, restaurants, and bus stop. (I highly recommend the buses round the island.) An excellent place to stay.

Perfect location. Right on the sea front with a gorgeous view every time you walk into the sitting room, but really handy for bars, restaurants and supemarket, and great walking. What more could anyone ask for.

We had a great stay at the flat. It is a beautiful, serene, relaxing place, with such a beautiful view of the sea. You could look out of the window forever, the light, sky, sea colour always changing, and curtesy of our toddler we were always up to watch the sun rise which was breath taking.
Robin has an incredible eye for detail and we couldn't wish for a more comfortable stay. The flat was so tastefully done up, it was a pleasure to just be there. Location is fantastic, all the lovely shops selling unique handmade stuff, are just around the corner, as well as coop and cafes, and the sea is two seconds away. Would love to come back.

Seabreak was exactly as described. It was fully equipped with everything you could possible need plus some nice personal touches. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. The location was great with a short walk into town and downhill to the sea front. The best thing was the view, it was fantastic and so thoughtful to leave a great pair of binoculars to watch all the ships passing by.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with an amazing view of the water. Moments away from the main strip in ventnor and near multiple great walks. Lots of thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom (snacks, toiletries). One of the few airbnbs that we chose to stay multiple nights in because of the homeliness and view!
